Delivery

When will I receive my order?

All deliveries will be made by FedEx and will need to be signed for.

UK Orders

We offer UK Next Working Day Delivery* on all orders placed before 1pm on weekdays (Monday to Friday only).

Orders placed after 1pm on Monday to Friday, at the weekend, or on a bank holiday, will be dispatched the next working day and delivered the following day.

Please note that working days are classified as Monday to Friday only. We do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.

Examples:

  • An order placed on a bank holiday Monday, will be processed on Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday
  • An order placed on Saturday, will be processed on Monday (if it’s not a bank holiday) and delivered on Tuesday
  • An order placed on Friday after 1pm, will be dispatched on Monday (if it’s not a bank holiday) and delivered on Tuesday

* Please note, next day delivery depends on product availability. ‘Design Your Own’ orders can take 48 hours to create, depending on how busy we are. We will always send you an email if your order is not available for UK Next Working Day delivery.

European Orders

We aim to deliver all orders to Europe within 2 to 3 working days**.

Orders placed before 1pm (GMT) on Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 1pm (GMT) on Monday to Friday, at the weekend, or on a UK bank holiday, will be dispatched the next working day. Please note that working days are classified as Monday to Friday only. We do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.

Examples:

  • An order placed on a UK bank holiday Monday, will be processed and dispatched on Tuesday
  • An order placed on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed and dispatched on Monday (if it’s not a bank holiday).

Rest of the World

We aim to deliver all orders within 2 to 5 working days***

Orders placed before 1pm (GMT) on Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day.

Duty Payment and Customs

Some countries outside the EU may charge import duties and taxes on the products we send. These are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country and unfortunately are out of our control. We strongly advise that you check whether you will be liable to pay any import charges, before placing an order with us. You, (or the recipient if it’s a gift), are responsible for paying any duties, taxes and fees. These will not be reimbursed by Colourfield.

Can I track my parcel?

Yes! Once your order has dispatched, we’ll email you your FedEx tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at https://www.fedex.com/apps/fedextrack/

What if I am not at home when they deliver?

All our products must be signed for upon delivery, so we recommend you use an address where you know someone will be there to accept your item(s).

However, if you are out, FedEx will leave a “While You Were Out” card. You can then collect your parcel from their depot or rearrange delivery for a time that suits you.

Colourfield does not accept liability for any packages that are lost because of delivery instructions provided by the customer. For example, if you instruct FedEx to leave your parcel with a neighbour, or by your front door, we cannot accept responsibility if you subsequently fail to receive your parcel.

I haven’t received my order, or there is a mistake/problem with my order – what should I do?

If your order has been damaged in transit, or the wrong item(s) sent, then please contact us at immediately at sales@coloufield.london.

If you have not received your order, you can use the tracking number provided to see where your parcel is. You can do this at https://www.fedex.com/apps/fedextrack/. Alternately, please email us at sales@coloufield.london.

Returns

Requesting a Refund or Exchange

We hope that you love your new Colourfield purchase, as much as we do. However, we understand that sometimes you may wish to return your order and request a refund or exchange. If this is the case, please read our returns policy below.

Items purchased from our Collections Range
  • If you’ve purchased an item from one of our collections, you can request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • All items must be returned to us in perfect condition (unused and suitable for resale), together with the original packaging, box, fabric bag and tag. The tag must still be attached to the product.
  • Please also complete and send back our ‘’Returns Form’’, together with the payment invoice. Our Returns Form can be downloaded here. You can email us the completed form if you do not have access to a printer.
  • You will be responsible for returning the item to us and all associated costs. We strongly advise customers to use a tracked postal service (of your choice) and to keep their proof of postage safe. Colourfield will not be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
  • Please note, we will process your refund when we receive the item(s) back and only if it is in perfect condition (unused and suitable for resale), as above.
‘Design Your Own’ Items

We want to make your life easier. ‘Design Your Own’ items can also be exchanged and refunded with the same conditions.

My item was damaged or faulty when it arrived
  • If your item is faulty or damaged when it arrives, please notify us as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after delivery.
  • We will issue you with a full refund, or provide an exchange within 30 days of delivery. Please note, the refund will only be processed, or a new item sent to you, once we receive the faulty item back.
  • You will be responsible for returning the item to us. We strongly advise customers to use a tracked postal service (of your choice) and to keep their proof of postage safe. We will refund your postage costs once we receive your item back and upon sight of a valid postage receipt. Colourfield will not be responsible for any items that fail to reach us. Please email us at info@colourfield.london to let us know you have sent your item back, together with your order reference number.
How will I be refunded and how long will it take?
  • When you return an item to us, we will refund you by the same payment method you used to purchase the item. The refund will be processed within 14 days from when we receive the item(s) back.
  • Credit or debit card payments – If you originally paid by debit or credit card, we’ll refund the same card you used to pay for the order. This usually takes approximately 2 to 3 days, depending on your bank.
  • PayPal – If you paid online using your PayPal account, we will issue you a refund through PayPal. This will usually take 1 to 2 days.
Can I cancel an order if I change my mind?

If we have not yet dispatched or assembled your order, please contact us to request the cancellation.
Once an order has been dispatched, no cancellation can be made. If you wish to return an item to us you will need to follow the process detailed above under ‘Items Purchased from our Collections Range’. Please note, unless an item is faulty, we are not able to refund or exchange any ‘Design Your Own’ items – please see above.

Can I change an existing order?
  • If your order has not yet been dispatched or assembled, you can make certain amendments to your order. Please contact us at sales@colourfield.london ASAP. This may affect your delivery time.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, no changes can be made. If you wish to return an item to us you will need to follow the process detailed above under ‘Items Purchased from our Collections Range’. Please note, unless an item is faulty, we are not able to refund or exchange any ‘Design Your Own’ items – please see above.

Please note, for all the above, your statutory rights are not affected.
